With that end goal in mind, I conduct a thorough walk-through and design a detailed plan that will take the guesswork out of achieving the magic of a stellar listing.
Meanwhile, many sellers find that preparing their home to be market-ready is a natural time to downsize or liquidate belongings. My goal is to help you prioritize what needs to be done, making the most of what you have - time, resources, energy, etc. We’ll work together to ensure that your plan suits your situation. My recommendations are flexible - you can DIY or hire out as much (or as little) as you wish.
